The National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA) is the national trade association representing U.S. cattle producers. Meat Solutions, Inc. works with the NCBA Retail Marketing (funded by the Beef Checkoff) on a number of initiatives.

Meat Solutions, Inc. has been associated with the National Pork Board (NPB) since 2003. The NPB harnesses the resources of all pork producers to capture opportunity, address challenges and satisfy customers. The NPB is an advocate for standards and fact-based information. Meat Solutions, Inc. works with the NPB Retail Marketing on a number of initiatives.

The American Lamb Board is an industry-funded research and promotions commodity board that represents all sectors of the American Lamb industry. The American Lamb Board, working with Meat Solutions, Inc., supports the Uniform Retail Meat Identity Standards (URMIS) and MeatTrack.com.

USDA Agricultural Marketing Service
The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) includes six commodity programs: Dairy, Fruit and Vegetable, Livestock and Poultry, Seed and Plant Varieties, Cotton, and Tobacco. The programs provide standardization, grading and market news services for those commodities. The AMS commodity programs oversee marketing agreements and orders, administer research and promotion programs, and purchase commodities for federal food programs.

Food Safety and Inspection Service
The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is the federal agency responsible for the inspection, labeling, and safety of meat, poultry and processed egg products. FSIS provides inspection for meat and poultry products and has the authority to establish requirements for the content and design of labeling to ensure that labeling is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
